Mary Cordelia (Tallent) Wiggins, 69, of Decatur died Monday Sept. 19 at Sweetwater Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Richard Wiggins and daughter, Samantha Wiggins, both of Decatur. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later.
