Shane R. Ison

Shane R. Ison, age 38 of Decatur, TN passed away on Saturday April 17, 2010 at his residence. Shane loved his wife and children and was devoted to them. He loved to fish, grill out and old Chevy Novas. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Edna Ison, and brother, Heath Ison. He is survived by his parents, Ronnie and Linda Ison of Decatur, TN Wife, Melissa Ison of Decatur Sons, Caleb Ison and Josh Ison of Decatur Daughters, Angelina Ison of Decatur Christa Evans of Xenia, Ohio and Brianna Nevin of Xenia, Ohio Brothers, Ron Ison of Dayton, Ohio and Mike and wife, Christana Ison of Hixson, Tennessee Several Nieces and Nephews Special friends, Betty and Lynn Daniels, Nick Hood, Jason Ownsby, Billy, Joe and Damien Powers Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday April 21, 2010 at Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Womac and Rev. Joe Andrews officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Mike Ison, Ronald Ison, Joe Powers, Tom Nelson, Nick Hood and Jason Ownsby serving as pallbearers. Family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
