Catherine M. Baker

Catherine M. Baker, age 84 of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord on May 18, 2010 Catherine was a life long resident of Meigs County Tennessee, and a member of Good Hope Baptist Church She is preceded in death by her parents, Harle Moore and Annie Thompson Moore, Husband, William C. Baker, son, Doyle Moore. She leaves behind, son, Kenneth Moore and daughter in law, Mary Jane Moore of Decatur Eddie Moore and daughter in law, Wanda Moore of Decatur 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Friday May 21, 2010 at Good Hope Baptist Church with Rev. William "Bill" Pearman officiating. Music will be provided by Jim Ricketts of Dayton Interment will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery with Charlie Moore, Walter Hickman, Johnny Powell, Jerry Lewis, David Skidmore and David Williams serving as pall bearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday May 20, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Moore will lie in state at Good Hope Baptist Church on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until time of services.
