Wriley Eugene Smith

Wriley Eugene Smith, age 75, of Decatur, TN, went to be with the Lord Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Sky Ridge Medical Center. He was a member of Cottonport Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Nora (Davis) Smith; wife Nanny Bob Smith; brother and sister-in-law James and Artie Smith. He is survived by his wife Jean Smith of Decatur, TN; two sons and daughter-in-laws, Donny and Debbie Smith, Larry and Dana Smith, Tony Smith, all of Decatur, TN; two step sons, Myron McCamish of Calhoun, TN and Bobby Kile of Madisonville, TN; one daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Larry Henderson of Athens, TN; two step daughters, Sherry and Roger Ward of Etowah, TN, Jacqueline McCamish of Madisonville, TN; sister-in-laws, Linda Carver of Athens, TN, Bobbie Lynn Hicks of Polk County, TN, Grace and Bill Hughes of Charleston, TN; brother-in-law Taylor and Ginger Milsap of Cleveland, TN and Richard and Margarett Duncan of Athens,TN; sisters Frankie Matthews of Birchwood, TN, Beckie and Bill Redmon of Decatur, TN; 9 Grandchildren, 7 Step grandchildren; 6 Great grandchildren, 5 Step great grandchildren; five step great-great grandchild; and a Special friend Birch Swafford; and a host of good friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 5, 2010 in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Rymer and Rev. A. J. Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be: Matt Smith, Chris Harris, Justin Harris, Wriley Smith, Ronnie Smith Chris Smith. Honorary pallbearers: Doug Rymer and Fred Rymer.
