William Destery Shadwick

William D. Shadwick, age 40, of Decatur, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 2, 2012, at his residence. He was of the Seventh Day Adventist Faith. He is survived by his father and step mother, William Thomas and Mary Lou Shadwick of Athens, TN; Mother Gloria Shadwick of Hillsboro, TX; one son, Cameron Slack of Harrison, TN; one brother and sister-in-law, Dustin Wayne and Mika Rae Shadwick of Harrison, TN; one niece, Zoe-Blue Shadwick of Harrison, TN. There will be a Memorial Service held between 6 & 7 p.m., Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Decatur, TN.
