William E. Rittershaus, Jr.

William E. Rittershaus, Jr., 73, of Ten Mile, TN and formerly of Malden, MA, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016.

He was a son of the late William E Rittershaus, Sr and Edna Rittershaus and was a member of the American Legion and the Eastside Athletic Association in Malden, MA. He was of the Catholic Faith and served his country in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by a son, William E. Rittershaus, III and bothers, Jack Rittershaus and Jeffry Rittershaus.

He is survived by his wife Doris Rittershaus of Ten Mile, TN; a son Eric Rittershaus and his wife Sharla of Kemah, TX; a sister Gretchen Rittershaus of Falmouth, MA; brothers Charles Rittershaus and his wife Elaine of Malden, MA and Brian Rittershaus and his wife Katie of Booth Bay, MA; grandchildren Elliott Rittershaus and Katelyn Rittershaus; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
