William Cody Partin

William Cody Partin, age 26, of Decatur, TN, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017.

He was preceded in by his grandparents, Charles and Barbara Trueblood.

Survivors include:his former spouse, Courtney Partin of Decatur; his mother, Freida Merrell of Dayton; his father, Kenneth Partin of Florida; his step-father, Michael Merrell and Cheerie of Tellico Plains; his sons, Christopher Partin and Akeem Todd both of Etowah; his brothers, Ted Underdown and Justin Merrell of Decatur, and Cody Roberts of Sweetwater, his sisters, Nickie Patterson of Chattanooga, Sheena Jack of Etowah, Cheyanna Merrell and Brooklyn Merrell both of Tellico Plains, Wanda Noble of Kentucky and Gracie Campbell also of Kentucky. His good friend, Brandon Hale, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and a host of friends also survive.

A memorial service to celebrate Cody's life will be held at 7 P.M. on Thursday October 12, 2017 at the Hammer Hill Church of Jesus Christ, Athens, TN with the Rev. Jimmy Lewis and Bishop Cifford Barnes officiating.
