William John Hotchkiss

William John Hotchkiss, age 54, a native of Binghamton, NY and resident of Decatur, TN for the past 4 years, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023. He was a master fabricator of sheet metal and a member of Sheet Metal Local #5. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, known as the “Wheelie King”, and was passionate about dog rescue. He was preceded in death by his father: Richard Hotchkiss, mother: Noel Menhennett Brooks. He is survived by his wife: Kelly M. Hotchkiss of Decatur and their beloved dogs: Hilda Louise and Margene, several aunts, uncles, and other extended family and friends. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Misfit Hounds (PO Box 798 Hampton, TN 37658, misfithounds.org) or Coming Home Animal Sanctuary (PO Box 5 Candor, NY 13743, cominghomesanctuary.org).
