Wenna Bernice (Combs) O’Kelley, age 66, of Decatur, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents: William and Stella Mae Rowland Combs; husbands: Jimmy Whatley, Allen O’Kelley; brothers and sisters: Willie Mae Combs Myers, Wayne Combs, Willard Combs, Wilma Combs Powers, Joy Combs Clay. Survivors include her: children: Shawn Whatley (Stephanie) of Sparta, GA, Shannon Whatley Glasper (Demeika) of Monroe, GA; Fiancé: Jeff Barker, siblings: Wendell Combs of Madison, GA, Wanda Faye Judd of Lamontville, TN, Kay Combs Fish of Englewood Beach, FL; grandchildren: Myranda Shedd, Cassidy Burnett; great grandchildren: Isabella Lira, Cruz and Sofia Trejo; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 3 p.m. in the Madison City Cemetery in Madison, GA The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Rutledge Baptist Church (112 W Main St, Rutledge, GA 30663) on Tuesday.
