Vivian Francsis Gallaher

Vivian Francsis Gallaher, 93, of Rockwood, TN, went to be with the Lord Saturday April 4, 2015 in her residence. She was a long time member of Asbury Chapel United Methodist Church in Rockwood, TN. She attended McKenzie Business College and worked as Administrative Assistant to Sister DeSales at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Roy Edgar Gallaher; parents Arch Byrd and Ida Mae (Viar) Francsis; one daughter Diane Gallaher Tawzer, one sister Nancy Marie Francsis Pierce. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, David Roy and Joy Gallaher of Rockwood, TN; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Hugh Bryan officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm, Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the funeral home Interment will be in the Decatur Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family ask that you make donations to the Decatur United Methodist Church.
