Tj Wilkerson

TJ Wilkerson entered where he longed to go into his eternal home in Heaven on Sunday, October 6, 2024, after a short and courageous battle with cancer. TJ was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was kind and gentle and loved by all that knew him. His true passion was spending time with his grandchildren, the adoration of his heart, and watching them play ball. He was a United States National Guard Veteran having served for 14 years. He was preceded in death by his parents: Gene and Betty Wilkerson; nephew: Ryan Wilkerson. He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Susie Fox Wilkerson; sons: Travis and Tanner Wilkerson of Lenoir City; grandchildren: Tripp, Tru, Kenzie, and Tate; brother: Roy Gene (Vickie) Wilkerson of Loudon; sister: Reneé Wilkerson Presley of Sikeston, MO; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service to honor and remember the life of TJ will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 3 to 5 p.m. at My Father’s House (201 N A Street, Lenoir City, TN 37771) with the Rev. David Thompson officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date. Per TJ’s request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to East TN Foundation for disaster relief in his honor.
