Thomas Neal Thompson, age 76, of Decatur, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
He was a member of Bethsadia Baptist Church. He enjoyed his dirt business, grandkids, and his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Allen Lee and Elsa Lee Thompson; brother: Gary Thompson.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years: Barbara Thompson; sons: Craig (Lacey) Thompson, Carey (Tiffany) Thompson; grandchildren: Josie, Jhett, Tiani Crittenden; siblings: Lewis (Clata) Thompson, Wilma Wood; nieces: Bridget McKenzie, Samantha Evans, Tripp Wood; other extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
The family will receive friends from 4- 6 p.m., prior to the service.
