Sheila Diane Jenkins

Sheila Diane Jenkins, 54, of Athens, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday Jan 19, 2014. She was a member of Rogers Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Margie Jenkins; brothers, William, Cecil, Kenneth and Harold Jenkins; sister Dorris Ann Jenkins. Sheila is survived by her brothers, Robert Jenkins of Georgetown, Richard and his wife Ann Jenkins of Athens, Ernest Jenkins of Athens; sister Martha Lewallen of Grandview, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services are at 2 pm on Wednesday in the chapel at Bowers Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Jenkins and Rev. Vonell Lewallen officiating. Interment will be in the Decatur Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends from 5-8 Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Dean Jenkins, Jason McElhaney, Boyd Reed, Danny Jenkins, Jacob Lewallen, Wallace Jenkins and Dale McGowan.
