Samuel James Womac

Samuel James Womac, infant son, went straight into the Loving Arms of His Lord, Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, TN. He was preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents James Doyl Womac and Rita Sue (Daniels) Womac. He is survived by his parents James Darrell and Chasity (Jordan) Womac of Decatur, TN; sister Haylee Faith Womac of Decatur, TN; Maternal Grandmother Debra Lynn Jordan, Grandfather Stanley Robert Jordan; Uncle and Aunt Jereme and Heather Womac, Aunt Edna Andrew, Uncles Scotty Jordan, Robbie Fore, Chris Ford and William Ford; and all the Church Family. Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, April 15, 2011 in the Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Andrew officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Decatur, TN.
