Samantha Lynn Feeley, 19, of Decatur, died Saturday Oct. 3, 2015. Samantha was the daughter of Ryan and Cynthia Feeley. She was a 2014 graduate of Meigs County High School and attended Cleveland State Community College where she was a peer tutor. She will be laid to rest in Bunker Memorial Gardens in Las Vegas, Nevada. A funeral service will be held for her Friday at 10am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Las Vegas, Nevada.
