Ruth Lee Goins, age 69, of Ten Mile, TN, died Saturday, October 16, 2010 at her residence. She was a Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Julia (Mitchell) Parsons; two brothers, Charles Mitchell, Robert Parsons; daughter Monica Swanson; son Billy Vaughn Jackson, Jr.; one great grandchild Austin Wyatt Fairbanks. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Matilda and Danny Weaver of Lafayette, GA, Sharon Kay Fairbanks of Ten Mile, TN; 10 Grandchildren; 24 Great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 21, 2010 in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jamie Davis officiating.
