Russell Lee Fish, Sr.

Russell Lee Fish, Sr., age 79, of Decatur, entered his heavenly home on Sunday, October 27, 2024. He was a son of the late Ben and Rose Vincent Fish. He was an avid fisherman and coin collector and served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his wife: Margaret Fish; son: Mitchell Fish; siblings: Ronnie, Donnie, Glenn, Herbert, Benny, and Brenda. He is survived by his son: Rusty (Stephanie) Fish of Morrison, Tn.; grandchildren: Madeline Fish, Sheng Fish, Westley (June) Koger; 4 great grandchildren; siblings: Bobby Fish, Joyce Allen; several cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss him. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, in the chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A graveside service will follow in the Meigs County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Josh Cornelius officiating with military honors.
