Ross Dean Henley

Ross Dean Henley, age 87, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022 at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. He was retired from Storm Copper Components and had been employed with Shaw Industries for many years. He was a son of the late Bart and Lucy Henley. He is preceded in death by his brother: James “Jimbo” Henley. He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Nancy Finnell Henley of Decatur; children and spouses: Terrie Henley Casteel of Decatur, Tina and Jerry Swafford of Athens, Keith Henley and (Melinda Vaughn) of Cleveland; twin sister: Betty Jean Beavers; grandchildren and spouses: Cayci and Christopher Pittman, Ben Casteel and (Courtney Hart), Jessica and Billy Grimsley, Emileigh Swafford, Blake Swafford; great grandchildren: Lily Pittman, Levi Pittman, Rivera “Rivi” Grimsley. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Goodfield Cemetery. Pallbearers will include: Ben Casteel, Blake Swafford, Jerry Swafford, Christopher Pittman, Chris Combs, and Billy Grimsley.
