Rosetta Jean Jackson

Rosetta "Jean" Jackson, 74, of Maryville, TN, formerly of Decatur, went home to be with the Lord Saturday June 6, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Decatur United Methodist Church. She retired from the Department of Human Services, State of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Jackson. She is survived by several family members and special friends. The funeral will be held on Tuesday at 6 p.m., in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Hugh Bryan officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 until 6 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Decatur Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the maintenance of Decatur Cemetery, P.O. Box 1285, Decatur, TN 37322 or to the Decatur United Methodist Church, 145 Vernon St., Decatur, TN 37322
