Roger Dale Rowland

Roger "Mug" Rowland, 60, of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 29,2014. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, C. L. and Lula Belle Rowland; brother Gary Rowland. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Rowland of Decatur; one daughter, Katie Rowland of Decatur; two brothers and sister in laws, Ray and Connie Rowland of Calhoun, TN, Rusty and Kathy Rowland of Georgetown, TN; two sisters and brother in laws, Sandy and Alvin Tallent of Kingston, TN, Patsy and Roy Dye of Chattanooga, TN; one grandson Bennett Rowland; and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 pm, Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at the funeral home . The funeral will be held at 7 pm with Rev. Jamey Davis officiating. Interment will be in the Shiloh Cemetery at 12 noon, Saturday.
