Roger Gill

Roger "Bodge" Gill of Ten Mile, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at UT Medical Center. He was 63 years old.

He was preceded in death by his parents Wilburn and Virginia King Gill, Brother: Jerry Gill, Maternal Grand-Mother Ova King, and Special Uncle Peanut Phillips.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years Tammy Roberts Gill of Ten Mile, Daughter: Amanda and Tony Bales of Ten Mile, Grandchild: Corey Bales of Ten Mile, Brothers: Stephen "Buck" Gill of Ten Mile, Johnny Gill of Georgia, George Gill of Dayton, Sisters: Joyce Hensley of Dayton, Patricia Morgan of Dayton, Ruth Neal of Dayton, his good friend Jim Duckett of Ten Mile, and several nieces and nephews, other extended family and host of friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, March 16, 2017, in the Chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with Rev. Lawrence Waller officiating.

Interment will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Roberts Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jason Roberts, Andy Ratledge, Ronnie Colyer, Jake Hairrell, Adam Roberts, Phillip Waller.
