Robert L. Davis

Robert L. "Smokey" Davis, 77, of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord Monday, April 6, 2015 at Life Care - Veranda Assisted Living, Dayton. He attended Concord United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Davis; parents Herbert W. and Louise (Ellis) Davis; brother Sonny Davis; sister Dot Bottoms; brother-in-law Carl Bottoms, Charles Spanks, Tony Stewart. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Kenneth Davis of Athens, Jeff and Karen Davis of Decatur; Sisters-in-laws, Peggy and Robert Moore of Red Bank, Midge Stewart of Soddy Daisy, Evelyn Sparks of Ider, AL, Louise Davis of Sale Creek; grandchildren and spouses, Jason and Kristal Davis, Jamie and Cedric Brown, Jill Davis, Ashley Davis, Rachel Davis; great grandchildren, Isley and Israel Brown and Mason Davis; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 pm, Thursday at the Concord United Methodist Church and at 7 pm will have a Memorial Service with Hugh Bryan officiating. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Concord United Methodist Church Building Fund.
