Paul Walden, 79, of Ten Mile, went home to be with the Lord Friday, April 8, 2016.
He was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aurther and Hala West Walden, Four Sisters: Marchie Ellison, Nettie Walden, Tennie Gennoe, Marie Carter, Four Brothers: Olif, Richard, Junior, Buddy Walden.
He is survived by his Wife of 58 years: Roena "Sis" Walden of Ten Mile; Three Sons: Eddie & Debbie Walden, Dennis & Ruby Walden, Curtis & Diana Walden all of Decatur, Two Sisters: Nancy & James Couch of Decatur, Margaret & Howard Bower of Boonesville, VA., Five Grandchildren: Heather Walden, E. J., Hunter, Dylan, Andrew. Six Great Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews and Friends.
Funeral Service will be Monday, April 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Maple Grove Baptist Church in Ten Mile where he will lie in state from 1:00 to 2:00, with the Rev. Gary Rolen, Jimmy Garrett, and Ronnie Tnrpin.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Bowers Funeral Home.
Pallbearers: Jerry Walden, Mike Walden, Charlie Renfro, Joe Couch, Terry Branham, Leroy Meadows.
Honorary Pallbearer: Junior Branham.
