Paul Graves

Paul Graves, 87, of Decatur passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Paul was a member of Peakland Baptist Church. He served our country in the US Army and was a member of the Free Masons. He was the son of the late William Channey And Iva (Sharp) Graves; he is preceded in death by his wife Della Faye Graves; brothers, including twin brother Haul, Fred and Paris Vaughn Graves. He is survived by sons, Darrell (Sheila) Graves, of Ten Mile, Teddy (Lucy) Graves, Billy (Linda) Graves, both of Athens; daughter Vanessa "Ticy" (Danny) Teague, of Decatur; nine grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; special friend Olavine Miller. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5-8 pm at Bowers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday May 2 at 8 pm with Rev. George "Dump" Armour officiating. Interment will be in Pisgah Cemetery Friday at 11 am. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
