Patsy Ann Hayes Patsy Ann Hayes, age 68 of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord on January 26, 2010 in a Knoxville Hospital. She was born in Decatur, TN on November 9, 1941. She is a member of the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, and former Vice-President of the Meigs County Bank, Decatur, TN. Patsy was loved and devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Dean Hayes, Parents, Earl Creasman and Edith "Grant" Creasman. Grandmother, Flora Grant and grandfather, Scott Grant She is survived by her son, Mark Hayes of Decatur Daughter, Dr.Deana Ann Hayes of Decatur Fiance', Tommy Crockett of Decatur Brothers, Donald Creasman and Herman Creasman both of Decatur Sister, Hazel Hennessee of Decatur Grandchildren, Tommy Hayes, Andy Hayes, Cameron Johnson and Clay Johnson Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Friday January 29, 2010 at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church with Rev. Rodney Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday January 28, 2010 at the funeral home. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery Fund in care of Regions Bank.
