Osun (Kwon) True, 85, of Decatur, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016 at Memorial Hospital of Chattanooga.
She was a native of Seoul, South Korea, and moved to Decatur over fifty years ago. She was the owner and operator of Lee's Restaurant in Decatur since 1975. She was a member of Korean Full Gospel Church of Chattanooga, TN.
She was born on April 9, 1931 to the late Youn C. Kwon and Sunja Shem.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Yunsok and Kyunghui Kwon, of South Korea; daughters, Edna (Donnie) Barnes, of Chattanooga, Betty True, of Chattanooga, Dorthy True (Chad Hammond), of Decatur; sisters, Osuk Kwon and Obok Kwon, of South Korea; five grandchildren, Jake Kwon, Chris Kwon, Shana True, Brandon Barnes and Lindsay Barnes; great-grandsons, Wyatt and Liam Kwon.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 6 pm, Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016 at the funeral home. Funeral service Monday, Oct. 24 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Bowers Funeral Home. Interment in Mtn. View Memorial Gardens.
