Nancy Janet Roberts

Nancy Roberts, 76, of Decatur passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at NHC of Athens. She was born in Sweetwater and was a lifelong resident of Decatur. She enjoyed playing the piano. Nancy was a Baptist by faith and had attended Pisgah Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Fleda Guffee; and a brother, Edward Guffee.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Jerry Roberts of Decatur; her son, Michael Bryan Roberts (Tanya) of Decatur; 2 grandsons, Graham Adam Roberts and Kingston Jackson Roberts, both of Decatur; and a great-granddaughter, Kashlynn.

The family will gather at 1pm, Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in Pisgah Cemetery for inurnment. No visitation is scheduled.
