Nancy Norcross Davis

Nancy Norcross Davis, 94 of Decatur, TN, passed away on September 20, 2017 at Grace Health Care in Decatur, TN.

She was born on March 6, 1923 in Ft. Myers FL to the late Clifford C. and Nancy S. Norcross. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she earned her Masters Degree and was a member of the Phi-Mu Sorority. Mrs. Davis was a member of the Decatur United Methodist Church and a retired Educator in the Cleveland City School System.

She was preceded in death by her parents, listed above and her husband Raymond M. Davis.

Survivors include: her sister; Imogene Williams of Decatur, nephews; Clifford Williams of Decatur and Chris Williams of Decatur, a niece; Jean Williams Smith and her husband, Ernie of Shrevport, LA, special friends; Dianne Bremmer and Mildred Maupin, other extended family and a host of friends.

There will be no formal visitation and a graveside service will be held at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Chattanooga at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Youth Ministry of the Decatur United Methodist Church, 145 Vernon Street, Decatur, TN 37322.
