Mintie Gibson

Mintie Gibson, 79, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Hoyt and Annette Culberson, husband, J.B. Gibson, and son Johnny Gibson.

Survivors include her son, J.D. Gibson and wife Shawnea of Cleveland; daughter, Mary Jane Gibson of Decatur; grandchildren, Brandi Gibson Kaley of Decatur and Jonathan and Maggie Gibson of Decatur; great-grandchildren, Logan McDowell and Peyton Kaley, Several nieces and nephews and other extended family and a host of friends also survive.

Graveside Services will be Monday, October 23, 2017 at 2:00 P.M in the Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Jim Bowers will be officiating.

There will be no formal visitation at Mrs. Gibson's request.
