Melvin Charles McCoy, age 46, of Decatur, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 29, 2017. He was born October 13, 1970 to the late Melvin Lee and Betty Jo McCoy in Williamson, WV.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Lee and Betty Joe McCoy. Nephew, Joshua McCoy.

He is survived by his wife, MaDonna Lynn McCoy, four children, Amanda Dawn Linkins, Melvin Lee Charles McCoy, David Michael McCoy and Daylamoura Ra'shella June McCoy. Four grandchildren, Eliana Kay Linkins, Ezekiel Charles Linkins, Dylon Kase Linkins, and Maverick Hunter Linkins. Two sisters, Shella Jane Huffman and Debra McCoy. Two nephews, Brandon Hensley and Anthony McCoy. One niece, Beverly Khan.

Small, private service was held. He will be forever missed but never forgotten.
