Maynard Ferry

Maynard Ferry, 66, of Birchwood, TN died Saturday, Nov. 30, in Skyridge Medical Center. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Vurdie (Gossett) Ferry; brothers Raymond Ferry and Clifford Ferry. He is survived by three sons and daughter-in-laws, Andy (Jackie) Ferry, Thomas (Angie) Ferry, Tony (Wendy) Ferry, all of Birchwood, TN; one daughter Brenda Nichols of Birchwood; one brother and sister-in-law, Alfred (Mary) Ferry of Etowah, TN; one sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn (George) Hess of Riceville, TN; 12 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 - 8 pm, Tuesday, Dec. 3, at the funeral home. Funeral will be at 11 am, Wednesday, Dec. 4, in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dean Myers officiating. Interment will be in the Beta Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tony Ferry, Thomas Ferry, Stacy Guffey, Dusty Ferry, Justin Ferry and Michael Ferry.
