Maureen Sanborn Mcmillan

Maureen Sanborn McMillan, age 76, a native of Manchester, NH, and a longtime resident of Concord, NC., passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022. She was a devoted member of Forest Hill United Methodist Church in Concord, NC. She retired from Osram Sylvania Lighting Co. with 33 years of service as a quality control manager. She enjoyed socializing, dancing, singing, and fashion. She had an outstanding passion for lending a helping hand in her community. She is preceded in death by her husband of 33 years: Bruce McMillan, great-granddaughters: Makazia Payne and Nevaeh Olivier, siblings: Gail Apostolas, Norman Sanborn. She is survived by her daughters: Stacy (Jeff) Smith, Lori (Jim Sabines) McMillan, granddaughters: Kasandra, Karysa, Alexandra, Savannah, Kahja, great grandchildren: Ashlyn, Chase, Roman, siblings: Cheryl, Diane, Robert, Stephanie, Brenda, step-siblings: Michelle, Dennis, Andre’, Bill, George, Ronald, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
