Mary Jane Thomas

Mary Jane Thomas, 69, of Decatur, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare- Cleveland. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Janie Cranfield Mullins. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Albert Leon Letner, sister: Judy Haney, brother: Everette Mullins. She is survived by her husband of 20 years: Archie Thomas of Decatur, sons: Calvin Letner of Decatur, Chucky Letner of Decatur, daughter: Jennifer Whisenant of Summerfield, NC, brother: Bill Mullins of Urbana, IL., sisters: Elizabeth Couch of Decatur, Gevenieve Branham of Ten Mile, Jeraldine Moore of Decatur, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the Meigs County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Lawrence Waller officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
