Mary Alice Daniels

Mary Alice Daniels,91, of Ten Mile, went to be with the lord August 6, 2012 at the home of her son Eugene Daniels. Mary Alice was born on April 14, 1921 in Roane County to the late John T. and Eliza May (Tilley) Roberts. She was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church and attended High Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Daniels; daughter, Joyce; daughter-in-law, Pearl Daniels; son-in-law, Buddy Harrison; and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include 5 children, Juanita and Sammy Branham, Eugene Daniels, Frances Harrison, Shirley and Lonnie Renfro, all of Ten Mile, Darlene and Gary Rolen of Decatur; 12 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday Aug. 9, 2012 in the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Rolen, Rev. G.E. Sitzler and Rev. Curtis Walden officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 pm, Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery at Ten Mile, Friday at 11 am.
