Mary Virginia Culvahouse

Mary Virginia Culvahouse, 86, of Ten Mile, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday Nov. 15, 2014. She was a member of Ten Mile Methodist Church. Mary loved caring for others and always put them before herself. She was a registered nurse and spent much of life giving to others on medical mission trips. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Madeline (King) Ferguson; Her husband, Dr. Bruce Culvahouse MDFACS; several brothers and sisters; daughter, Cynthia Roy. She is survived by her son, Bruce M. Culvahouse Jr. and his wife Jamie, of Amarillo, TX; daughter, Debra Culvahouse, of Ten Mile; granddaughter, Celena Atwood and her husband Joseph, of Antioch, TN Interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, Nov 20, 2014 with Rev. Hugh Bryan officiating.
