Martha Sue Mcdougal

Martha Sue McDougal, 85, of Dayton, TN, went to be with the Lord, Monday, Sep. 7, 2015, at Rhea County Medical Center. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Graysville, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth McDougal, son Gary Derryberry, Sr., brothers Charles Coates and Beulah Kitchings; sister Vera Withrow. Survivors include son, Jasper Steve Derryberry of Ringgold, GA; daughters, Charlene Love of Graysville, TN, Maxine and Chris Brown of Chickamauga, GA, Karol Hammontree of Decatur, TN; brother Kenneth and Brenda Coates of Hi Point, NC; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; and a host of good church friends. The funeral service will be held 11 am, Friday, Sep. 11, in the Chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with the Bro. Jim Bowers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 until 11 am on Friday. Interment will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:30 pm, Friday.
