Martha McElhaney Lewallen, 70, of Grandview, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her residence. She was a member of Johnson’s Chapel Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Frank and Margie Hardin Jenkins. She is preceded in death by her first husband: William McElhaney; brothers: Robert, Richard, Cecil, Kenneth, Ernest, and Eddie Jenkins; sister: Diane Jenkins. She is survived by her husband; Vonell Lewallen of Grandview, TN; son: Jason (Susan) McElhaney of Soddy Daisy, TN; daughter: Sherry (Boyd) Reed of Grandview, TN; grandson: Trevor Reed; several nieces, nephews and other extended family. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services with the Rev. Curtis Porter officiating. Interment will follow in the Edgemon Cemetery, Ten Mile. The Family will receive friends from 12 to 2 prior to the service.
