Marlene Boles

Marlene Boles, 66, of Ten Mile went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 12, 2016, at her home with her family beside her.

She was of the Christian faith. And was the daughter of the late Cam and Ravanell Trobaugh Goines.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years James "Jim" Boles, 3 sons: Kenneth Wiggins of Ten Mile, William Shelton of Wartburg, Jerry and Pat Shelton of Decatur, 2 daughters: Lisa and Bryan Gregory of Decatur, Sherry Smith of Alabama, 1 brother: Gerald and Joann Goines of Decatur, 1 sister: Susan Trew of Crossville. Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren as well as Nieces and Nephews and many good Friends. All will miss her.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 pm, Saturday, May 14, 2016 with the funeral service starting at 8 pm, in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James F. Cross Officiating.

Interment will be Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 2 pm at Decatur City Cemetery.
