Lonnie Kelso Renfroe

Lonnie Kelso Renfroe, 73, of Ten Mile, TN went home to be with the Lord on Friday May 24, 2013. Lonnie was born On Feb. 17, 1940. He was a member and Deacon of Maple Grove Baptist Church for 32 years and now a member and Deacon at High Ridge Baptist Church for the last 7 years. He was a veteran of the Army and served from 1962-1966. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Renfroe and Cora Cupp Renfroe; brothers, Claude, L.C., Dewey Lee, C.A., and Jessie Renfroe. Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years Shirley Faye Renfroe, of Ten Mile, TN; daughters, Angie Law and husband Gary Law of Ten Mile, Penny Branham and husband Brad "Jr" Branham, of Athens; brothers, Charlie and wife Faye Renfroe, of Ten Mile, Bobby and wife Betty Renfroe, of Kingston; sister Ethel Sitzlar, of Rockwood; grandchildren include, Darrell Burnette, Justin Phillips, Ashley Nelson, Michelle Coaker; 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1pm in the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Rolen, Rev. Curtis Walden, Rev. GE Sitzlar officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery at Ten Mile. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
