Lonnie Jones

Lonnie Jones, age 65, of Ten Mile, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. He was a son of the late Jesse and Ada Letner Jones and was preceded in death by his brothers: Daniel Ray, Leon, Robert, Fred, and Glonnie Jones and a sister: Geraldine Jones. Lonnie was of the Pentecostal faith. He is survived by his brothers and sisters: George Jones (Sue), Clarence Jones (Teresa), Dorothy Brown (Ronnie),Virginia Kennedy (Morris), a special nephew: Randy Jones, a special friend: Lisa Fleming as well as several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and a host of friends. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services with the Rev. Lawrence Waller officiating. Interment will follow in the Roberts Cemetery in Ten Mile. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2022 in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services prior to the service.
