Johnny Crumley, age 72, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 7, 2022 at his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces (Army) and served one year in South Korea. He was a talented musician and loved playing guitar and singing. He is preceded in death by his parents: Fred and Anna Lou Crumley; brothers: Freddie, Terry, and Marvin Crumley; granddaughter: Ashley Ratledge. He is survived by his wife: Brenda Crumley; sons: Alan (Donnie Kay) and Joel Crumley; daughters: Sabrina Valentine (Charles), Heather Crumley; grandchildren: Jordan, Jonathan, Alisha, Brooklyn, Crystal, Summer, Anna, Aaron, Cody, Damien, and Alexis; great grandchildren: Zayden, Aspen, and Caden; brothers: Tony and Jimmy Crumley; sisters: Carolyn Barrows, Kathy Rogers; and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Roberts Cemetery in Ten Mile with the Rev. Tim Turnipseed officiating. Pallbearers will include: Jordan, Jonathan, and Damien Crumley, Cody Layman, Rick Clowers, Jerry McHone. The funeral home will be open from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. prior to the graveside service, for those who wish to pay their respects.
