John Danel Nance

John D. Nance, 75, of Murfreesboro, formerly of Decatur, went home to be with the Lord Friday, Feb. 12, 2016.

He attended Shiloh Church. He was a member of Disabled Veterans. He was a Veteran serving in the U. S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Commie and Elizabeth (Womack) Nance; two brothers.

He is survived by his wife Norma (Blaise) Nance of Murfreesboro; one son, Raymond and Jessica Nance of Murfreesboro; two daughters, Juanita and Bill Fussell, of Thackersville, OK, Debra and Chris Clark of Soddy Daisy; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Monday, Feb. 15, 2016 at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Lewis and Rev, Mike King officiating. He will lie in state to receive friends from 1 pm until 2 pm.

Interment will be in the Shiloh Cemetery, with Military Honors.
