John Richard Clark

John Richard Clark, age 94, of Ten Mile, TN, died Monday, October 25, 2010 at his residence. He was a highly decorated retired U. S. Army Veteran Serving in World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Joseph Lee and Ruth (Hughes) Clark; his wife Pearl Helen Clark; sisters Maude Alice Letner, Bonnie Jo Letner and Bessie Clark; brothers, Jim Clark and Jesse Clark. He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Tim Dewayne and Carol (Letner) Clark of Ten Mile, TN, Darrell Richard Clark of Ten Mile, TN; one brother Raymond Clark of Harriman, TN; two grandchildren, Kelly and Rusty Waller, Karen Chapman; three great grandchildren, John Phillip Lee Waller, Erica Paige Waller and Alex Argue; and a host of good friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 28, 2010 in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lawrence Waller and Bobby Letner officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the funeral home.
