Jimmy Vance Kyle

Jimmy Vance Kyle, 78, of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 28. He was a member of Concord United Methodist Church. He spent his lifetime working in the telephone industry until retirement then he served as a devoted caregiver for his mother before her passing. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Margaret Angie (Ziegler) Kyle. He is survived by two daughters, Chris Kyle Houston and Libby Kyle, both of Decatur; one sister, June Tunnell, of Texas; one granddaughter, Alley Houston: one great grandchild, Kaiden Houston. The family will receive friends from 4 - 7 pm, Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, at the funeral home. The funeral will be held at 7pm with Rev. Hugh Bryan officiating. Interment will be in the Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery at 11 am Friday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Concord United Methodist Church.
