Jimmy Clifford Fairbanks

Jimmy Clifford Fairbanks, age 79, of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord Saturday, November 12, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister, one step son. He was a member of the Cottonport Road Church of God and served his country in the Navy. He is survived by wife, Connie Fairbanks; son Jimmy Fairbanks jr. of Oregon; daughters Dorothy and her husband Ed Thompson of Benton, TN, Carolyn Fairbanks of Lansing, Mi., Renee Pervis of Winterhaven, Fl.; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Cottonport Road Church of God with Rev. Kern Eschette officiating. The family will receive friends at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers you may make donations to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
