James "Jim" Dwight Phillips, age 65, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Dwight J. “Whitey” and Jeanette Nelson Phillips.
He is survived by his sister: Cindy (Lee) Ramsey; niece: Amanda Martin; great-niece and nephew: Kayleigh and Matthew Martin; several aunts, uncles, other extended family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 in the Walnut Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Couch officiating.
