Horace Freeman Keck

Horace Freeman Keck, 63, a lifetime resident of Crossville passed away at his home Sunday, February 10, 2019 following an extended illness. Horace loved working in the yard and was a landscaper by trade. He also loved riding horses and motorcycles, and he enjoyed traveling. He was a Baptist by faith and had attended Westside Missionary Baptist Church.
Horace is preceded in death by his parents, Othen and Elizabeth Keck; a sister, Dorothy Davenport; a brother, Jessy Keck; and two brothers-in-law, Charlie Davenport and Gordon Reed.
Survivors include his companion, LaWanda Wilson of Monterey; a son, Cory Keck of Columbia, MO; a daughter, Julie Keck of Cleveland; and two sisters, Wanda Reed and Kay Adams (Lester) all of Crossville.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 10am to 11am at the Westside Missionary Baptist Church in Crossville. Funeral services will be at 11am with Pastor Caleb Norris officiating. Burial will follow in Baker Cemetery.
