Herbert Lind

Herbert Arthur Lind., Age 80, of Decatur, TN, went home to be with the Lord
on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Life Care of Athens.

He was of the Baptist faith and Retired from Dade City Florida Press Newspaper.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Betty Louise Lind, parents; Leo and Loa Lind, son; Herbert Lind, brother; Leo Ronald Lind.

He is survived by his son; Fred Lind of Decatur, daughters; Carol Anderson of Decatur, Laura Simonds of Decatur, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Bowers Funeral Home with the Rev. James Staton officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1 till 2 pm, Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Bowers Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Mt. View Memorial Gardens at a later date.
