Harrell Blain Bidwell

Harrell B. Bidwell, age 67, of Ten Mile, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 18, 2013. He was a member of Pisgah Baptist Church. He served as County Commissioner looking out for the good of the people of Meigs County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ida Mae (McHone) Bidwell; wife Hazel Joyce Bidwell; two brothers, Dallas and Donald Bidwell. He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jerry and Audra Bidwell of Georgetown, Joey Bidwell of Ten Mile; two brothers, William Bidwell of Decatur, Mickey Bidwell of Ten Mile; one sister Henrietta "Sissy" Trew of Athens; four grandchildren, Josh, Sarah, Seth and Kayla Bidwell; and a very special friend Barbara Cranfield. The family will receive friends for 4-8 pm on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at 1 pm, Tuesday in the Bowers funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Kile officiating. Interment will be at Pisgah Cemetery. Pallbearers: Josh Bidwell, Dallas Bidwell, Dustin Bidwell, Kevan Walden, Michael Newman, Eddie Moses.
