Glaphry Sue Jones

Glaphry Sue Jones, 73, of Decatur went home to be with the Lord Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Sweetwater Nursing Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents Sam and Mamie Sue Phillips Veals; two brothers Grayson Veals who died at birth and Garlen Veals.

She is survived by three sons Leslie (Tammy) Jones, Keith (Sherry) Jones both of Decatur and Jaimey Jones of Cleveland, Tn; one daughter Tenna Jones of Cleveland, Tn; one sister Glenis (Roger) Roberts of Decatur; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday August 23 at 7:00pm in the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 till 7pm at the funeral home Friday. Burial will be Sunday August 25 at Sunrise cemetery in Englewood, Tn.
